Hasson Agent Kathy Hall Receives 2007 Top Producer Award
Top-selling agent embodies company's commitment to community service

Kathy Hall is at the top of her game in the local real estate market. The Hasson Company recently awarded Hall with the top-producing broker award for 2007. An agent with the company's Lake Oswego office, Hall finished ahead of the pack, closing 48 transaction sides and more than $45 million in sales last year.
Hall has more than 10 years of residential real estate experience in the Portland area, but literally grew up in the industry immersed in a family of residential brokers. A resident of the Dunthorpe neighborhood and mother of four, Hall is dedicated to giving back to the community which has become "home" to her and her family.
She wholeheartedly believes in building strong school systems as a foundation to building strong communities and in turn, a healthy real estate market. Over the years, Hall has spent countless hours donating and volunteering for the Riverdale and Lake Oswego School Districts.

Hall was the Kid's Dash Gold Sponsor for the Lake Oswego Lake Run last weekend, in which thousands of runners raced to benefit Women and Children's Charities in the Portland area. Last year at the event, Hall sponsored a booth in which former Lake Oswego High School alumni NBA-bound Kevin Love and Boise State Broncos quarterback Nick Lomax signed autographs.
Hall also supports local soccer clubs helping to underwrite the expenses for kids with club and travel fees.
Together with her 14-year-old daughter, Lindsay, Hall volunteers with the National Charity League, committing more than 30 hours of community service each year. Hall and her daughter have participated in the following volunteer events:
- Alumni Bash in Millennium Plaza Park in Lake Oswego
- Beautifying dog walking paths for The Oregon Humane Society
- Sorting clothes for the Northwest Children's Outreach
- Chaperoning Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland's field trips to OMSI
- Helping disabled veterans and adults with Down syndrome at the Happy Trails Riding Center in West Linn
In addition to her service within the local community, Hall is a well-rounded real estate professional as well. Working in all price ranges, from $200,000 to $2 million-plus, she holds a Principal Broker's license and is a Diamond Platinum Member in the Million Dollar Club, the highest membership available with the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (PMAR).
