The Hasson Company hires Director of Business Development

The Pacific Northwest's top-selling independent real estate brokerage, The Hasson Company, recently announced the hire of Steve Studley to a new position titled Director of Business Development.

Studley's responsibilities include identifying potential agents for the company, overseeing the interview process employed by The Hasson Company and the hiring process itself.

A Ridgefield, Wash. resident and University of Portland alumnus, Studley came to The Hasson Company after working as the Direct Sales Manager for Wynn's ITW, a division of Illinois Tool Works. During his time at Wynn's, he developed and implemented new processes and marketing strategies for a new division of the company and was responsible for the hiring of all levels within that division. He participated in eight acquisitions and was Employee of the Year in 2007.

Since 1983, The Hasson Company has focused its efforts on becoming the best, not the biggest, in the business. On average, Hasson agents have 17 years experience in the real estate industry.
